Had a great experience working with A Plus. Ron was professional, super knowledgeable, and kept in close contact throughout the whole process. There was some additional work that needed to be done and Ron was able to coordinate additional sub-contractors to get everything done way quicker than I would have been able to do it myself. Heard some noises in my chimney. Called "A Plus". Staff was very professional and explained to us how to determine if the noise was birds (no issue) or bats (big issue). It was birds! .I am so pleased (and relieved) to find a professional with business ethics.

Had a problem with squirrels in the house several years ago.  I had called a wildlife re-locator service and they relocated the squirrels and sealed the "Builder's Gap" in the roof.

This year, had a problem with rats in the basement.  I worried about calling the same company as before, because it had been expensive and I wasn't even sure if I had a warranty.

I had gotten two estimates for $7,000.00 and $5,000.00 to take care of the rat problem.  The estimators didn't even bother to look at the roof, just measured the house.

When Brandon looked at the roof, he noted that the "Builder's Gap" had previously been sealed and that it had been done well.
I was so pleased to find out that I hadn't gotten "ripped off" by the
wildlife experts who had taken care of the squirrel problem years earlier.

I have another estimator coming to the house tomorrow, but have already decided to go with A-Plus Wildlife Control.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I tried another company when we first had an issue with bats and they were extremely overpriced and unprofessional. Ron and the rest of his employees at A Plus Wildlife are amazing. Professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and punctual. And most importantly, just nice people. Anytime I texted or called Ron, he answered right away and always took care of any issues right away. I had utilized a different pest control company the first time I needed one after moving to the Wooster area and was extremely displeased.
